Joni Westbrook of APM Photography uses contemporary and journalistic photography techniques for portraiture and events.

Joni is a proud member of the Professional Photographers of America and a student of New York Institute of Photography. She earned her certification in Graphic Design from Collins College. Her work has been published in The Rep as well as numerous Asian publications. One of her images was featured in an article about photography in the Arizona Weddings and numerous images have been published in Wells Fargo's publications.

Tempe Historical Museum is now incorporating Joni's Dragon Boat and Outrigger images in a slideshow and wall presentations showcasing the diversity of Tempe. Be sure to stop by the exhibit when completed later this year.

Family and couple portraiture are always breathtaking in outdoor or indoor settings; photographing children is her favorite since she has a unique ability to get even the shyest child to want to play. She is available nationwide and internationally for portraiture, family reunions, and special events.

Giving back to the community is very important to Joni. She's a member of the AZ Dragon Boat Association (AZDBA) and its annual festival which benefits Special Olympics. As photographer for the event she contributes two days worth of shooting and countless image editing hours to the association each year for their advertising and promotional material. She also donates her photographic services to other community events on a regular basis, such as Food Drives which benefit United Food Bank, City of Glendale Community Event, Operation Smile, Drive4Doug which benefits cancer research, Walk for Juvenile Diabetes, and West Valley Hispanic Association. As a result of her commitment to the community and involvement with worthwhile causes, Joni won the Wells Fargo Volunteer Excellence award in 2008 which donated $1000 to the AZDBA on her behalf.
